The Government of the Macao Special Administrative Region (SAR) was informed by the Government of the Republic of Malta that, the Macao SAR Passport holders have been granted visa-free access to enter the Republic of Malta and stay for up to 3 months.

On the basis of reciprocity, nationals of the Republic of Malta have also been able to enter the Macau SAR with out a visa and stay for up to 3 months.
