The Light Rapid Transit (LRT) Taipa Extension Line to the Barra Station officially opens on 8 December 2023. The LRT Barra Station is inaugurated and open for use at 6 am.
Members of the public arrive at the LRT Barra Station to witness the special moment of the opening of the Taipa Extension Line, and get a first-hand experience of the service.
The LRT Barra Station sees the departure of its first train to Taipa at 6:30 am, connecting the Macao peninsula and Taipa with its light rail services.
