Florinda Chan, Secretary for Administration and Justice of Macau SAR, disclosed after her visit to Singapore that practical results has been reached in the initiation of training programs for local civil servants.
During her visit, Florinda Chan witnessed the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Public Administration and Civil Services (SAFP) of Macau SAR and the Civil Service College (CSC) of Singapore. Eddie Teo, Permanent Secretary of Prime Minister¡¦s Office of Singapore also presented the signing ceremony.
Florinda Chan disclosed that CSC will provide management training programs and consultancy for the civil service of Macau, which will either be tailor-made programs or adopting the existing programs of the college. She also said that the training programs and the consultancy can be held in Singapore or Macau.
Flordina Chan led a delegation of SAFP to visit Singapore on 1st October. They also visited the ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of China to Singapore Zhang Jiu-huan.
