The Secretary for Security, Mr Wong Sio Chak, attends a plenary meeting of the Legislative Assembly, which holds a second reading and vote on a bill to amend the legal system for fire safety in buildings and premises; and a bill to amend the legal system governing immigration control, and authorisation of stay and residence.
