In conjunction with Law No. 10/2025 “Lei da contratação pública” (“Public Procurement Law”) and Administrative Regulation No. 19/2026 “Regulamentação da Lei da contratação pública” (“Regulations for the Implementation of the Public Procurement Law”), which will officially enter into force on 1 September this year, the Government of the Macao Special Administrative Region has launched “Página Electrónica da Contratação Pública” (“Public Procurement Website”) to provide suppliers, public departments and the public with a standardised portal for the publication of procurement information. With the launch of the website, the Suppliers Database, Suppliers Services Platform and relevant services of the Municipal Affairs Bureau (IAM) will be discontinued after the entry into force of the new law and regulations.

To ensure that the drawing of lots and various procurement exercises will remain unaffected, the suppliers of IAM are urged to complete registration on “Página Electrónica da Contratação Pública” (“Public Procurement Website” at https://www.pcp.gov.mo) as soon as possible, so as to enable their continued participation in future tenders from different departments of the SAR Government. IAM will also issue letters to the suppliers in its “Suppliers Database” successively, thereby notifying them of the above measures. The public may call IAM’s Civic Service Hotline 2833 7676 if they have any queries.
