To celebrate the 15th anniversary of Macao’s handover to China and promote the local cultural and creative industries to the society, Cultural Affairs Bureau publishes 2015 calendar with St. Lazarus Quarter as the theme. From 1 Jan 2015, interested individuals can get free 2015 calendars at the Mandarin's House or the Tap Seac Gallery during office hours by showing their Macao identity card. Everyone person can only get one free calendar. This limited-number offer is only available while stock lasts.

St. Lazarus’ Quarter is a classified architecture group. There used to be a leprosarium in this Quarter and so it is also known as the “Leprosy Quarter”. Surrounded by a uniform group of Southern European style two-storey buildings, the Quarter is full of Southern European style and also rich in history and culture. It has also become in recent years an important incubator area of local cultural and creative industries, in addition to hosting annually the “Parade through Macao, Latin City”. In this event, artists from Macao and Latin languages countries sing and dance through the neighbourhood’s streets, rich in Latin style, revealing the unique cultural characteristics of Macao as well as its atmosphere of cultural fusion, creating beautiful scenery year after year. The calendar incorporates the characteristic surrounding streets and buildings located in this Quarter into its design, including St. Lazarus’ Church, St. Lazarus’ Church Street, 10 Fantasia – A Creative Industries Incubator, Albergue of the Macao Holy House of Mercy, just to name a few. It also features interesting characters along with descriptions on the attractions, promoting the historical background of St. Lazarus’ Quarter and also the development of cultural and creative industries in the region.

Starting from 1 January, interested individuals can get free 2015 calendars at the Mandarin's House or the Tap Seac Gallery during office hours by showing their Macao identity card. The Mandarin’s House opens from 10:00 am to 6 pm(no admittance after 5:30 pm) and closed on Wednesday. The Tap Seac Gallery opens every day from 10 am to 7 pm. The calendar has also enclosed a public holiday table, a portable calendar card and also a quick sheet.
