Leaders of Zhaoqing Municipal Government lead a delegation to Macao to take part in joint promotions and to meet with local tourism operators.

The 40-member delegation today (11 Mar) join the Macao Government Tourism Office in holding the “2003 Zhaoqing (Macao) Travel Mini Mart”, during which the delegation introduce to participants the tourism products and developments in Zhaoqing, and afterward meets with local operators to discuss business cooperation.

Members of the delegation included the Chairman of the Zhaoqing city committee of the CCPPC, Du Jianbo, the Vice Director of Zhaoqing City People’s Congress, Deng Dali, Vice Mayor of Zhaoqing, Wu Xingkui, Municipal Government officials, tourism operators and media representatives.

The Secretary for Social Affairs and Culture, Chui Sai On in February visited Zhaoqing along with Guangzhou and Shenzhen, to discuss the outlook of tourism cooperation between Macao and Guangdong province, especially the Pearl River Delta.
