A delegation of the Macao Public Administration Observatory pays a visit to three cities in the Mainland, in the aim of learning from their experience and know-how in improving public services.
The delegation will visit Kunmin, Shangyu and Shanghai respectively between today (26 Feb) and 6 Mar.
The aim of the visit is to collect experiences of the public services and other entities that implemented the One Stop Service, which will contribute to improve these types of services in Macao.
Experience in implementation of One Stop Service will be a focus of the visit, as it is one of the key factors in the reform of public services emphasised by the SAR Government.
Many municipality of the Mainland had adopted “One Stop Service”, which was proved to have positive impact in attracting foreign investment and increasing citizens’ level of satisfaction regarding the public services.
The delegation was lead by the director of the Public Administration and Civil Services, José Chu, who is also the general-secretary of the Macao Public Administration Observatory.
