Some six hundred High and middle level civil servants would participate training courses held in Singapore. Secretary for Public Administration and Justice Florinda Chan announced today (18th ).
Ms. Chan said that the Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM) of Singapore proposing a six-module Executive Management Development Program to meet part of the training needs of the middle management of the civil services of Macau SAR.
"The modules covers the full range of management abilities and skills required of middle level mangers," said Ms. Chan, adding that the first training course will begin in April.
The first four modules would be conducted in Macau and the remaining two in Singapore. "This way, participants may have the chance to exchange experience with the relative departments of Singapore which helps them to know more about the structure of civil servant of Singapore."
