The first batch of approved applicants for withdrawals from the 2026 Special Allocation from the Budget Surplus under the Non‑Mandatory Central Provident Fund System received their payments today (24 September).

On 24 September, funds from government-managed sub-accounts were credited to the designated bank accounts of elderly persons who had registered for automatic withdrawal and met the criteria for automatic payment, as well as those of applicants in three categories who submitted withdrawal applications via the “Macao One Account” or self-service kiosks in August, namely:

  1. persons aged 65 or above who were not granted automatic payment;
  2. persons under the age of 65 who have been receiving a disability pension for more than one year; and
  3. persons receiving the Special Disability Subsidy.

Applicants who submitted paper withdrawal applications in August, or who apply in September, will have their payments credited to their designated bank accounts no earlier than 27 October.

In addition, persons who have not registered for automatic withdrawal may do so when submitting their withdrawal applications for this year. The Social Security Fund reiterates that it will not send SMS messages containing hyperlinks and reminds residents to remain vigilant against scams. For enquiries, residents may visit the Social Security Fund’s dedicated webpage (https://www.fss.gov.mo/en/sites/allocation) or call 2853 2850 during office hours.
