To constantly promote health knowledge and healthy behaviors to Macao residents, the Islands Healthcare Complex – Macao Medical Center of Peking Union Medical College Hospital (hereinafter referred to as “Macao Union Medical Center”) will hold the second public health lecture “Conversation with Doctors from the Macao Union Medical Center” at the Blood Draw Area on the first floor of the General Hospital Building at 10 am on 25 April (Saturday).
The lecture features two themes: “Early prevention and treatment of hepatitis to safeguard your long-term health” and “Do not self-medicate for respiratory tract infections! Follow microbiology test results for accurate diagnosis.” Presented by PUMCH experts seconded in Macao, namely Dr. Lyu Wei, Chief Physician of the Infectious Disease Department, and Ms. Yu Shuying, Clinical Laboratory Technician of the Clinical Laboratory Department of the Macao Union Medical Center, the lecture will share health knowledge on the prevention and treatment of hepatitis and respiratory tract infections. Speakers will also have face-to-face exchanges with participants to address their health concerns.
