The Tourism Crisis Management Office (GGCT) is paying close attention to the torrential rain situation in the west of Japan and the earthquake that struck the Kanto region of Japan today (7th July). GGCT will maintain in close contact with the Macao travel industry for any developments.
From the information gathered through the Macao travel industry, no request for assistance from Macao residents have been received. Until the present moment, GGCT has received 1 request for information regarding the weather situation in southwest Japan.
