  • Each year, the Education and Youth Development Bureau and the Sports Bureau jointly organise a series of summer vacation activities for children and young people. This year’s activities have already started: pictured is a karting activity.

  • This year’s programme features more than 500 activities, with about 2,000 classes on offer and a total of 40,000 places available. Pictured is a shooting class.

  • Sports activities on offer this year are divided into an aggregate of seven categories, including several types of ball games, such as bowling (pictured).

  • There are 11 categories of recreational activities in this year’s programme. Weichi chess (pictured) is one of the recreational activities offered.

  • The programme offers various and diverse activities for young people. Classes are led by trained professionals. In this photograph, a monitor leads a fencing class.

  • Water activities, such as windsurfing, are a popular option to cool off on a hot summer’s day.

  • By attending these summer vacation activities, children and young people can enjoy their summer break while learning new skills and enjoying new experiences. Pictured is a small boat sailing class.
