The Secretary for Administration and Justice, Ms Chan Hoi Fan, attends a plenary session of the Legislative Assembly, which holds a second reading session and vote on a proposal of Law No. 3/2004 Chief Executive Election Law as well as a first reading session and vote on a legal framework for provision of interim housing and replacement housing under the urban renewal scheme.
