The Institute For Tourism Studies, Macao will host the “Macau Slow Food 2010 – Food Heritage of the Macanese” on 14 May. The event is organized by the Tourism Event Management and Heritage Management Year 2 Students and supported by the IFT Student Union. The objective of the event is to promote the philosophy of Slow Food culture, as well as the food heritage in Macao.
