Macau Government Tourist Office was informed this afternoon about the internal administrative dispute of New Century Hotel, which led to temporary suspension of check in service in the hotel. MGTO has immediately deployed staff to the site (New Century Hotel) to collect information. Meanwhile, the representative of the hotel held a press conference on its internal issues and the representative of the hotel pledges that hotel guests who have reserved rooms in advance will not be affected.

The Tourism Industry Council of Macau and Macau Travel Agency Association have also sent staff to assist visitors on site.

Currently, the hotel has resumed check-in service for the guests who have reserved hotel rooms in advance. Macau Government Tourist Office will closely follow up on the situation.
