University of Macau (UM) Prof. Fan Jianhong from the Faculty of Law and Dr. Zhao Yuan, a postdoctoral student at UM, published a book entitled “Law of Corporations and Partnerships in Macau” via Kluwer Law International, a world-famous publishing company. The book has also been included in the International Encyclopaedia for Corporations & Partnerships. ( Suppl. 63 ) . Prof. Fan’s PhD student Lao Io Keong, who is a lawyer in Macao, also contributed to the introduction to the book.
