The Chief Executive met Macao’s deputies to the National People's Congress (NPC) and members of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) to gather views as he prepared for the next Policy Address.

A press statement released today by the Office of the Chief Executive said the participants expressed their opinions to the Chief Executive, Mr Chui Sai On, on areas such as housing, land, education, small- and medium-sized enterprises, the labour situation, the spokesperson system, public consultation, optimisation of administrative procedures and co-ordination with the nation’s “Twelfth Five-Year Plan”.

Mr Chui highly regarded their opinion and said he would continue to listen to their ideas with a view to drive the development of Macao.
