The Chief Executive, Mr Edmund Ho Hau Wah, is scheduled to leave for Beijing on Tuesday to attend the opening of the First Plenary Session of the Eleventh National People's Congress on the following day.

During Mr Ho’s absence, the Secretary for Administration and Justice, Ms Florinda Chan, will act as Chief Executive.
