The deadline for submitting restructure and merging plans for gaming operation concession would be on 31 January which was set according to the Chief Executive's Order, announced Francis Tam Pak Yuen Wednesday.

Mr. Tam, the chairman of the Tender Committee for the Casino-operator Concession said that any bidder which had intention to restructure or merge with the other bidders, had to submit their applications to the Committee before the deadline, adding that any late application would not be accepted.

Meanwhile, Mr. Tam noted that the Committee had not received any application currently.

The chairman said that the Committee was still studying the 18 tenders and would probably completed at the end of January.
