  • The "Health and Wellness Pit Stop" initiative is jointly organised by the Cultural Affairs Bureau, the Sports Bureau, and the Health Bureau. It is the first local-community initiative to integrate the three elements of ‘cultural enrichment’, ‘sports science’, and ‘health information’.

  • Health Bureau staff offer free blood-pressure checks, provide health information and assessments, and assist residents in booking medical services at health centres. Bookable services include disease screening, vaccination, and psychological assessments.

  • Sports Bureau fitness instructors provide science-based guidance to the public about physical exercise. The guidance can be personalised to individual needs.
