The Secretary for Economy and Finance, Mr Lei Wai Nong, attends a plenary session of the Legislative Assembly, which holds a first reading and vote on a bill of amendment to the Law No. 5/2003 authorising the Government of the Macao Special Administrative Region to bear liabilities.
