The Secretary for Security, Mr Wong Sio Chak, attends a ceremony held by the Judiciary Police to mark the closing of the 1st youth leadership scheme on community security and the launch of the 2nd edition of the scheme; as well as the closing of the 6th "fight crime ambassadors programme" and the launch of its 7th edition.
