The Chief Executive, Mr Chui Sai On, is briefed, during a second meeting held at the Civil Protection Operations Centre, on updates regarding Typhoon Wipha. During the meeting held in the evening, Mr Chui thanked members of the civil protection management team for their effort in advancing the city’s response mechanism for public emergencies.
