The Secretary for Administration and Justice, Ms Chan Hoi Fan, and the Minister for Justice and Attorney-General of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Mr Abubakar Malami, represent respectively the Government of Macao Special Administrative Region and the Federal Republic of Nigeria in the signing of an agreement on transfer of sentenced persons, during a ceremony held at Government Headquarters in Macao.
