The signing ceremony of a framework agreement on cooperation between the People's Government of Guizhou Province, the Government of the Macao Special Administrative Region (SAR) and the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Macao SAR regarding poverty alleviation is held in Guizhou Province, under the witness of the Chief Executive, Mr Chui Sai On, the Director of the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Macao SAR, Mr Zheng Xiaosong, and the Secretary of the CPC Guizhou Provincial Committee, Mr Sun Zhigang.
