The Secretary for Security, Mr Wong Sio Chak, attends the launching ceremony of open day activities organised by the Fire Services Bureau. The event also includes a presentation ceremony of "Good Citizen Awards" and inauguration ceremony of the second batch of fire safety volunteers.
