The Chief Executive, Mr Chui Sai On, and the Governor of the Siem Reap Province, Mr Khim Bunsong, represent the respective governments at the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between Siem Reap Province of the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Macao Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China on the Establishment of Friendship Relation.
