Chief Executive Edmund Ho will present his Policy Address 2003 at the plenary meeting of the 27-member Legislative Assembly on Wednesday (20 November) at 15:00.

After his delivery at the Legislative Assembly, the Chief Executive will meet with the press to expound on his policy initiatives at 17:30 at the Government Headquarters.

The Chief Executive will attend another meeting between 15:00 and 18:00 on Thursday (21 November) at the Legislative Assembly to answer members' questions relating to his Policy Address.

Live webcast of the delivery of the Chief Executive's Policy Address, his meeting with the press and the question-and-answer session would be available on the MSAR Government Web site. Simultaneous interpretation in English will be provided for the press conference.

The Draft of Macao SAR Government Budget for 2003 will be presented to the Legislative Assembly for general discussion and vote on 27 November followed by detail discussion and vote on 19 December.

The five policy Secretaries will introduce the policy plans on their respective areas to the Legislative Assembly on following agendas:
